The Spring 2025 IEW will begin in Stockholm and end in Copenhagen, with the transfer to Copenhagen taking place on the evening of Wednesday, April 9. See our Program At A Glance for an overview of the week.

Workshop Fees

The registration fee includes pre-departure and on-site materials & support, including 24-hour emergency contact, opening reception, several lunches throughout the week, small group dinner, concluding dinner, transportation and entrance fees for field studies, and refreshments throughout the week. This fee also covers transportation from Stockholm to Copenhagen.
*The homestay fee includes accommodations for 3 nights, transportation between DIS and your homestay, breakfast each day, and dinner on Sunday and Monday. Please note that the homestay option is only available for the Stockholm portion of the IEW.

Registration and Payment
An invoice and preliminary workshop details will be emailed to you soon after receiving your registration. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or wire transfer.
