Get Involved and Stay Connected

There are many ways to be involved and build new connections in the DIS Alumni Community.

Local Meet-Ups

Join a local meet-up to build your professional and social network, share fun memories, or enjoy local cultural events and activities together.

Stay tuned for event updates and signup information. Are you already organizing local meet-ups or interested in organizing a future event? Let us know how we can support you!

Copenhagen Local Meet-Up

Join us for this local meet-up where Pernille Ipsen, visiting faculty member from the University of Wisconsin, will share from her 2020 biography about her seven commune-mothers, who met and lived together in the Danish women’s movement, The Danish Redstockings.

Other Ways to Get Involved

Abroad, you really meet people from all walks of life, across all different interests. And you realize you have much more in common with them than you thought, if you’re willing to to learn from them and talk to them. And I think that’s something that really shaped me.
