Studenterhuset, Copenhagen’s Student Union, and DIS co-hosted a panel event during Winter Pride Week. The panel, New in Town, consisted of individuals who had, at some point, were new to Copenhagen. Among these individuals were DIS staff and faculty member, Anders Larsen, along with a DIS alumna. The panelists spoke about being LGBTQIA* in Denmark – discussing the positive aspects of their experiences as well as areas where Copenhagen and, broader, Denmark could improve to help their community.
