The students were very enthusiastic to talk about their works, often engaging in debate and conversation. It was fantastic to see them so passionate about the topics they worked on so closely throughout the semester. Students in the Ways of Seeing: Storytelling Through Photography course highlighted several hidden corners and interesting places in Stockholm through their lenses. Combined with thoughtfully chosen words or poetry, even local Stockholmers seemed to rediscover their city.
Near the end of the evening, students in the elective course Songwriting Workshop: Swedish Pop Music performed, sharing covers as well as songs they had written themselves. The acoustic arrangements were not only beautiful and made for a perfect ending to the semester. The audience was captivated and for the final song, all members of the class performed together.
The night was concluded with a final mingle where everyone shared favorite memories spent in Stockholm. Thank you, Spring 2018 students for a wonderful semester!
