DIS Aims to Engage Alumni

This month, DIS hosted events at the North American Office and DIS Copenhagen, bringing together local alumni across professional fields to re-engage, network, and receive updates from their alma mater.

The goals of the Alumni Network are to facilitate networking opportunities, create forums for collaboration, and to track academic and career paths.

At the event in Minnesota, 40 people attended, representing cohorts from 1993 – 2016. The North American Office look forward to holding more regional events in other U.S. cities in 2017.

In Copenhagen, alumni gathered to make connections and share expat stories. The event also kicked off DIS Link, a new community of business and economics professionals and educators in Copenhagen. This initiative looks to encourage future collaborations between DIS and alumni, as well as alumni from partner universities living in Denmark and Southern Sweden. DIS Link will explore how these professionals can engage and be a part of the DIS academic experience. Read more about this community on their LinkedIn group.
