About this course

This course emphasizes and integrates application of research, critical reflection, and hands-on experience in Danish pedagogy in order to explore the connection between pedagogical approaches and professional practices with young children. You are placed in a Danish childcare or school setting one day a week for a total of 35-45 hours per semester. This course builds the bridge between the theories you explore in your Core Course and the experiences you have in practice.

Course Note: As part of this course, you are expected to plan and implement activities to do with the children during your visits.
