About this course
During this course, we develop art projects in the studio, visit exhibitions, and invite artists to talk about their creative processes. The course has a strong practical emphasis as we develop technical skills in a variety of media, while also examining artworks and discussing conceptual matters relevant to contemporary art today. We end the semester with a final exhibition of projects produced during the semester.
