About this course
In this course, we bring the art of strategic planning to life by examining several models and principles by acclaimed leaders, and by learning how to master a set of well-established techniques. We explore the concept of leadership and strategic planning in different settings, critique actual strategic plans, and conduct real-life strategic exercises with actual work samples. You work with conducting your own strategic plan and presenting your plan to the class.
