If you need to call the DIS North American Office during business hours (Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM CST):

Note: The DIS North American Office contact numbers are not call centers, but they will connect you to a DIS staff member located in the U.S. who may be able to provide additional support during an emergency.

Copenhagen

If you need to call the local authorities:

  • 112

This is similar to calling 911 in the U.S. In case of an emergency, do not hesitate to call for yourself or others. 112 is a common emergency number throughout Europe.

If you need medical advice outside of your doctor’s opening hours

  • 1813

If you experience acute medical issues and would like to consult a doctor l in the evening or on weekends, you can call 1813. A doctor or nurse will advice you on next steps.

If you need to call DIS Copenhagen:

DIS Copenhagen staff monitor a 24-hour emergency line service for all current DIS Copenhagen students. This line is provided for your health and safety after normal business hours.

Stockholm

If you need to call the local authorities:
