About this course
The course examines the human rights framework through a gendered lens. You learn how current human rights practices fail to account for the ways in which human rights abuses target women directly. Creating a women’s human rights framework equips women with a way to define, analyze, and articulate their experiences of violence and marginality, and allows them to develop an array of visions and strategies for change.
