Subscribe to DIS program listings

Search for DIS in either the program name or sponsor name fields in the Terra Dotta Directory. You have the option to subscribe to any of the DIS program listings and each new program must be added to your subscriptions.

We recommend subscribing to all listings to present the variety of program options to your students. However, it is most important to subscribe to the three general listings: Study Abroad in Stockholm, Study Abroad in Copenhagen, and Summer in Scandinavia.

Maintain updates to sponsored programs

Look for the ‘Updates to Sponsored Programs’ action item in your Administrative Home. As we push updates to the DIS program listings, the changes will not be reflected in your site until you manually import them.

Via TRM

Authorize DIS program listings

Go to Programs in the main navigation and select ‘Unauthorized’ in the sub menu. Select an Organization Name from the top filter and find DIS. Choose the desired program brochure and select ‘Authorize.’

Once the programs are authorized, add an application to the program term by creating a Suitcase. You need to have a term name and an application template in order to open the application and set an application deadline.
