What happens next?

Admitted student information

From Registration to Arrival Day

Once you’ve been invited to register, work through your Registration checklist and your online pre-departure Compass Course, and contact the North American Office with questions. DIS will send helpful information and deadline reminders, so keep checking your email!

Six to eight weeks before arrival

You’ll be invited to DIS Navigate, an app and student engagement platform, where you can meet your classmates and begin to build your DIS community. Look for your invoice around this time, too, via email either to you or to your university. This is also when your parents can learn more about DIS at Family Orientation.

One to two weeks before arrival
DIS will notify you about the housing community you’ll be joining, and share details and documents for your upcoming travel to Scandinavia. Be sure to attend our mandatory Student Orientation, held on zoom.

Arrival Day

DIS will pick you up at the airport, bring you to your housing, and help you settle into your life abroad. Welcome to Scandinavia!
