These roles are not just about sharing your adventures. They’re an opportunity to build your resumé and network with other creative-minded peers. No matter which role you apply for, you’ll gain professional experience that will boost your resumé and provide portfolio-worthy content for future career opportunities.

Get paid for your creativity

These positions come with a stipend as compensation for your work when you complete the requirements of your role. Check out the details about the stipend and commitments for each position.

What kind of storyteller are you?

Blogger

Study abroad is about more than just picture-perfect moments—it’s about challenges, powerful experiences, and personal growth. We want to hear your authentic story, from the highs to the lows, and how you navigate them.

Share your journey by writing an unedited blog about life in Scandinavia, covering everything from your courses and Study Tours to everyday moments like exploring your city and adjusting to your housing. Your insights will be a valuable resource, helping future students understand what studying at DIS is truly like.

Photographer

If you love capturing everyday moments through photos, this role is for you. As a Student Photographer, you’ll embark on photo assignments, serving as a fly on the wall to capture real-time events and highlighting the unique experiences of your peers.

You’ll document everything from candid moments during morning commutes to engaging faculty lectures and class activities. With a keen eye for visuals and experience behind a DSLR camera, you’ll play a crucial role in telling the DIS story through compelling imagery.

Videographer

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram? As a Student Videographer, you’ll conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging videos that tap into the latest trends.

You’ll capture everything from your daily life to academic visits during Study Tour, bringing the study abroad experience to life. With plenty of creative freedom and opportunities to collaborate with fellow videographers, you’ll highlight meaningful moments through your unique lens.
