The Compass Course will be one of your main resources in the months leading up to your time at DIS – covering the most essential information, tips, and FAQs for your time abroad. We’ve taken all the information most helpful to students and compiled it into one easy-to-access online course.
You are required to complete the entire course by the dates specified in your Student Registration.
When can you begin the course?
You can log in to Canvas and begin your Compass Course three days after you have completed these first three items in your Student Registration:
- DIS Student Agreement
- Confirm your DIS Academic Program
- Personal Information
Access your Compass Course
Your Canvas login (where you access the Compass Course) is separate from your Student Registration login.
Log into Canvas using the credentials below:
- Username: your username will be the email address you’ve been using to communicate with DIS
- Password: your temporary password will be your uppercased birthday month and date (ex: April09 or October27); you will be prompted to select a new password after your first login.
