What are the benefits of studying computer science abroad?
Scandinavia is known for investing heavily in this area with specialized educations and public funds for tech startups, making it a unique place to study computer science. There is a strong tradition for entrepreneurship using IT, where many successful and internationally used applications have been created, such as Skype, Endomondo, and Podio.
In fall 2023, Computer Science will also open as an academic program at DIS Stockholm! The Core Course in Stockholm is Machine Learning.

They have a deep understanding of the topics they cover and are able to tailor their teaching to students’ interests because of the small class sizes.

DIS offers need and merit-based awards and is committed to supporting students with limited financial resources, from diverse backgrounds, and/or underrepresented populations in study abroad. On average, over 50% of all students receive financial support from DIS.
