The Spring 2020 IEW will begin in Copenhagen and end in Stockholm, with transfer to Stockholm taking place on Wednesday evening, March 11. See our Program At-A-Glance for an overview of the week.

|Homestay in Copenhagen||$350|
The registration fee includes pre-departure and on-site materials & support, including 24-hour emergency contact, opening reception, several lunches throughout the week, ‘hygge’ (small group) dinner, concluding event + dinner, transportation and entrance fees for field studies, and refreshments throughout the week. This fee also covers flight transportation from Copenhagen to Stockholm on Wednesday, March 11, provided participants register by Thursday, February 6.* DIS cannot guarantee space on the group flight to Stockholm for participants registering after February 6.
The homestay fee includes accommodations for 3 nights; transportation between DIS and your homestay; breakfast each day; and dinner on Sunday and Monday. Please note that the homestay option is only available for the Copenhagen portion of the IEW. Please read more about IEW homestays on our Workshop Accommodations page.

An invoice and preliminary workshop details will be emailed to you soon after receiving your registration. Payment can be made by check or credit card.

*If you register for the IEW but do not intend to travel to Stockholm from Copenhagen with the group on March 11, please inform email@example.com by February 6. Participants who fail to do so may need to pay a flight cancellation fee.
