In this studio you engage in an exploration of Danish and Scandinavian design practice through challenging assignments addressing real sites and issues in and around Copenhagen. Studio groups combine students of different levels and backgrounds. This course is taught vertically, and expectations relate to you as an individual student.

Architect, Ph.D. (Architecture School of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, ETSAM). Worked at Herzog & de Meuron and Nieto y Sobejano architects, and founder of navarrolantaron arquitectos. Teacher at ETSAM (2009-2011) and Universidad Francisco de Vitoria (2011-2012). Since September 2013 guest researcher at SBi (Danish Building Research Institute) in Copenhagen, developing thesis about Danish examples of Housing for the Elderly. Academic and professional interests focused on the housing challenges, related to the ageing process, by addressing them as a great opportunity for enhancing the domestic space quality for any age and (dis)ability. With DIS since 2017.
