Outdoor Fitness Sessions

Come and join us for a mix of running and bodyweight exercises! Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. All exercises can be adapted to your level. Free and open to all, the trainings focus on both working out and having fun while getting to know other DIS students.

Meeting Dates and Information

The trainings take place throughout your time abroad, allowing you the flexibility to come whenever fits best with your schedule.
