Learn about European wines and food culture, how to taste and assess wine like a pro, and which wines pair well with particular foods.

Wine Tasting Sessions

The Wine Tasting Club meets several times throughout the semester, so you have the chance to taste and discuss a variety of wines from all over the continent. Alongside the wine, you will taste a variety of food from around Europe, giving you a greater understanding of wine aromas and tones, as well as European gastronomy. In the final sessions, you will surprise and impress yourself with your ability to fluently speak about wines and how to pair them!

Who Leads the European Wine Tasting Club?

The club is led by a Certified Specialist of Wine with over 25 years of experience as a wine educator, sommelier, and consultant, who will present a variety of wines and their background information – everything from their regions and grape varieties, to their procurement in Copenhagen.
