Application Process & Deadline
The Royal Danish Academy of Music (RDAM) sets a high standard in music performance.
- Start your application with DIS
- Next, apply additionally to RDAM using their online application form. Be sure to fill out the form called ‘DIS Applicants’. As part of your application, you must submit an unedited audition video which contains 15 minutes of the applicant performing (free choice of repertoire) as well as a repertoire list of works must also be included.
Applications are reviewed by RDAM on a rolling basis but all material is to be submitted no later than April 1 (fall semester) or October 1 (spring semester) in order for the Academy application committee to review the material. Once accepted, a personal course schedule will be worked out in coordination with DIS to fit in with your other electives at DIS.
