Whether you’re a devoted foodie or simply interested in revisiting the Scandinavian food scene, join this tour to learn more about how food can be an important agent of social change.

In recent years, Copenhagen has been transformed in the eyes of the gastronomic world from a culinary wasteland to a
top dining destination for tourists and locals alike. Join DIS faculty member Anders Larsen, as he guides you through Copenhagen neighborhoods to explore how these changes have impacted local communities and changed the
city’s culinary culture.

As you taste your way through the city, you will engage in conversations with local chefs, entrepreneurs, and policymakers to explore the impact of these changes on the city’s economy, urban life, and Danish collective identity.
