Fall Semester Concludes with Academic Excellence Awards

As the end of the semester nears, DIS faculty have recognized one outstanding student per academic program with an award of Academic Excellence.

The award honors a student who has distinguished him or herself through diligence, commitment, engagement, and excellent academic performance. DIS faculty have described these students as attentive, reflective, curious, compassionate, and active participants of their courses who have offered critical reflection during week-long study tours, field studies, when meeting guest lecturers, and in the DIS classroom.
